An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".

For orders within Pakistan, delivery takes 2-6 working days. International orders typically arrive within 7-15 working days.

If the color of the product you receive is different from what you ordered, we will exchange it for you.

You can return or exchange articles within 10 days of purchase. The items should be unused, with all tags intact, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

If your outfit is damaged, please contact us with your complaint. We will investigate the issue, and if the fault is on our end, we will provide you with an exchange.

You can pay for your online orders using two methods: 1. Cash On Delivery (COD) for Pakistan only. 2. Bank Transfer (the total amount must be transferred to the provided bank account in advance). Please note that once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled as it enters an automatic processing system.
